That’s right, we are doing it again! We are determined to break this record!

Stafford Promotions, Savannah Bar Crawl, and Savannah Riverfront are excited to team up to bring you… “THE CRAWL of the SOUTH” Part II. This is Savannah’s attempt to break the Guinness World Record for Largest Bar Crawl!

Thank you to everyone who participated in 2014. We had an absolute blast putting on this event and donating $15,000 to three local charities. We listened, heard, and will be implementing your suggestions. This year is going to be bigger and better!

HOW DOES “THE CRAWL” WORK?
Participants will pick up their 2 scorecards (or register day-of) at Ellis Square. They have 30 bars to choose from but only need to visit 10. At the bar, crawlers must purchase and consume a 4.4oz beverage (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) in order to get their scorecard hole-punched. Once the “official” scorecard has been hole-punched at 10 bars, the “official” scorecard will be collected to be counted towards breaking the record. Crawlers may the continue to enjoy all the crawl has to offer with their “souvenir” scorecard.

OFFICIAL GUINNESS RULES
Must purchase and consume a 4.4oz beverage (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) at 10 locations to be counted towards breaking the record. Crawl must take place within an 8 hour span. (2-10pm) aka “10 bars before 10pm!”Crawlers are only considered part of the record if the scorecard is turned in and completed at 10 bars.

WHAT IS DIFFERENT THIS YEAR?
This year, crawlers will be given 2 scorecards, an “official” and a “souvenir” scorecard on a lanyard to wear around the neck. For the first 10 bars visited, crawlers will get both scorecards hole-punched and at the 10th bar, our hole-punching volunteers will take your official scorecard to be turn in and counted towards breaking the record. You may then continue on your journey, enjoying THE CRAWL and all of its benefits with your “souvenir” scorecard and have it hole-punched at each location to keep as a memento.

AFTER PARTY
After you have visited your 10 bars and turned in your “official” scorecard, join us at the Jack Fire After Party from 3-10pm! We will be DJ B-RAD from Club 51 Degrees will be keeping the party going, you can ride the mechanical bull, enjoy beer and malt beverages along with yummy foods. This is also where you get you free and reserved t-shirts. Shortly after 10pm we will announce our final count and weather Savannah is the proud owner of a Guinness World Record!

FREE T-SHIRTS
We will be giving away 4,886 FREE t-shirts to the first 4,886 people to join us at the Jack Fire After Party at Rousakis Plaza on River Street with complete scorecard. If you would like to guarantee yourself a t-shirt, in your size, you may do so on the registration form.

All participants can enjoy…
$1 Miller Lite and Leinenkugel Summer Shandy
$2 El Jimador and Southern Comfort
$3 Jack Daniel’s.
$1 sodas and bottled water
***PLEASE NOTE: These Drink Specials are SMALLER portions. The goal is to break the record so drinks are smaller to allow you to enjoy 10 of them without “over-indulging”. 😉
